Michael Page is looking for a Territory Sales Manager – Adhesives (Central/West) 

Do you have a chemical, plastics, adhesives or other technical sales background? Are you interested in managing your own territory as a part of a family owned company? Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure cohesive and efficient sales efforts. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings and industry trends. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities. Provide insights and feedback to the management team regarding market conditions. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing performance and achievements. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records. (Mechanical/Chemical/Materials/Electronics Engineering) highly desirable Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a territory management role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Offer: My client is offering $90-105k base salary + bonus/commission Company car + gas and insurance coverage Health care, vision, dental 401k with employer match Fully remote in Midwest region – Minnesota, Chicago, Ohio, etc.
